The SMdM CUSA Monthly Sustainers Circle
The Monthly Sustainers Circle is comprised of SMdM CUSA members and supporters who have made a
covenant to support the upkeep of the SMdM CUSA Youth Complex. This will ensure that it will remain pristine
and usable for the duration of its lifespan, for the current and future generations of San Migueleños to enjoy. We
have purposely started the Monthly Sustainers Circle to pre-date the construction of the Youth Complex to gain
enough headway in setting aside a maintenance fund. For a listing of the current Monthly Sustainers Circle

In this program, Sustainers pledge to send in $20 (or any amount) every month for a year. The pledge is
renewable. The Sustainer may opt out of the program for any reason, any time he/she desires. These monthly
contributions, in addition to the revenues derived from SMdM CUSA fundraisers and the inherent potential of
the Youth Complex to generate income from venue rentals, will be sufficient to cover the expected monthly
maintenance and operating cost. We purposely started the Monthly Sustainers Circle to pre-date the actual
completion of the Youth Complex to allow us enough lead-time in building up the sustainer fund.
To become a Monthly Sustainer, please click here to download the Pledge Form. Print it, sign and return with
12 post-dated checks made payable to “San Miguel de Mayumo Cluster USA” or simply “SMdM CUSA”. If you
prefer, you may mail in a check every month. If you would rather have the Pledge Form mailed to you, click here
and provide the requested information. Interested parties outside the United States, please click here and
provide the requested info. We will contact you to explain your options. Since SMdM CUSA is a duly registered
501(c)3 organization, your entire contribution is tax-deductible. We will send you a receipt every December to
cover all the contributions for the year.
